A really refreshing read. I feel like I learned a lot about the Metaverse, but not in the traditional sense of the word. The book explored the economic opportunities that an idealistic metaverse may provide, but it also felt a little too bullish on the concept. Sure, it would be cool to have access to experiences and opportunities that we never would've thought possible, but is it real?

The author definitely seems to think so, and provides pretty comprehensive evidence to support his claim. But considering how much time we already spent digitally, I'm a little hesitant to get behind the idea.
